Estonia\u2019s fastest-growing elderly care operator, S\u00fcdamekodud, has signed a cooperation agreement with the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund, establishing a strategic partnership aimed at improving employment opportunities for job seekers and helping the company find suitable employees. \nKukk added that S\u00fcdamekodud is grateful to the Unemployment Insurance Fund for their cooperation so far and expressed hope that the agreement will lead to even closer collaboration in areas such as participation in job fairs, employee recruitment, retraining programs, and the creation of internship opportunities.
\nTo date, the Unemployment Insurance Fund has signed cooperation agreements with more than 50 companies across Estonia. The Fund\u2019s goal is to establish agreements with major companies in all key sectors.
\nS\u00fcdamekodud\u2019s care homes now offer over 400 service places, and the company employs more than 160 dedicated people across Estonia.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
