From April, the current Head of Paide Südamekodu, Klarika Kallikorm-Rannamets, will take over the leadership of Nõmme Südamekodu, where preparations for opening have reached the next stage.
In the Nõmme district of Tallinn, a modern care home for 170 elderly residents will open this autumn at Hiiu 42. The care home will be located in the five-storey section of the Hiiu 42 building. The opening of Nõmme Südamekodu will help ease the shortage of care places in Tallinn, where approximately 600 people are currently waiting for a care service place.
“Klarika Kallikorm-Rannamets’s move from Paide Südamekodu to lead Nõmme Südamekodu was agreed already at the start of her employment. Klarika will be building an entirely new Nõmme Südamekodu, and the exact timing of her transition depended on the construction schedule. It is now clear that the Nõmme team can begin forming and preparations for residents can start no later than April. Therefore, we are also looking for a new Head for Paide. Klarika will continue in Paide until a new Head is appointed. We are seeking a Head for Paide with experience in team leadership and a desire to contribute to maintaining a safe and caring living environment,” said Keiu Talve, Member of the Board of Südamekodud AS.
Klarika Kallikorm-Rannamets has over twenty years of management and development experience in both the public and private sectors, including healthcare. She has led several national and international projects and managed large teams in the creation and development of services.
