| ELDERLY CARE SERVICE LEVEL 4 Elderly Care Service level 4 is intended for residents diagnosed with dementia syndrome, assessed cognitive impairment (using the Mini-Mental test), a severe infection, or who suffer from a dependency disorder (e.g. alcoholism or drug addiction). The resident requires care, supervision and assistance with daily activities and self-care. | RESERVATION FEE The reservation fee applies if a vacant place is offered by Südamekodud and the prospective resident wishes to reserve the place without starting to use the service immediately. During the reservation period, the elderly care home place is kept for the resident and is not offered to other interested parties. The reservation fee applies from the 4th day. | 45€ / day |

The level of care services is determined at the time of admission to the care service. The client, co-financier, and service provider participate in the process. If the need for care services changes, the price may also change according to the level and price list.
