Starting from November 1st, Klarika Kallikorm-Rannamets will take up the position of Manager of Paide Südamekodu, bringing with her over twenty years of management and development experience in both the public and private sectors, including the healthcare field. She has led several national and international projects and managed large teams focused on developing and improving care services.

“For me, it is important that Paide Südamekodu is a place where people feel cared for and supported — both residents and our team. I believe that compassion and cooperation are what make our home a place where every day has meaning and human warmth,” said Klarika Kallikorm-Rannamets, the new Manager of Paide Südamekodu.

The outgoing Manager, Tiina Luts, is moving on to new opportunities. “My years at Paide Südamekodu have been filled with warmth, care, and teamwork. It has been a great honor to work alongside such a dedicated team and to feel their trust and support. Caring for our residents has been our shared mission and will always remain close to my heart. I am confident that the nursing home will continue to thrive under capable hands, and that our team will carry on their work with the same dedication and spirit. I sincerely thank everyone for their understanding, cooperation, and trust,” said Tiina Luts.
