Südamekodud Signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund

Estonia’s fastest-growing elderly care operator, Südamekodud, has signed a cooperation agreement with the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund, establishing a strategic partnership aimed at improving employment opportunities for job seekers and helping the company find suitable employees. The Unemployment Insurance Fund will, in turn, support Südamekodud’s care homes in filling open positions and introduce job opportunities at the company to its clients.
“We have grown into an employer of national importance for the Unemployment Insurance Fund, and our company’s greatest asset is its people. Therefore, we consider everything related to our current and future employees extremely important and are ready to invest significantly in recruitment, retraining, and the creation of the best possible working conditions,” said the Managing Director of Südamekodud OÜ at the signing of the agreement, Martin Kukk.
Kukk added that Südamekodud is grateful to the Unemployment Insurance Fund for their cooperation so far and expressed hope that the agreement will lead to even closer collaboration in areas such as participation in job fairs, employee recruitment, retraining programs, and the creation of internship opportunities.
To date, the Unemployment Insurance Fund has signed cooperation agreements with more than 50 companies across Estonia. The Fund’s goal is to establish agreements with major companies in all key sectors.
Südamekodud’s care homes now offer over 400 service places, and the company employs more than 160 dedicated people across Estonia.
